CustomizedBridal Jewellery and your own design, send us an email and show us your inspiration. We will contact
you with an estimated cost within 24 hours. If you are happy with the price, a
deposit of 50 euros is required and we will generate an invoice that you can
pay through our website.
Small
changes may only slightly increase the overall cost of the work. A fairly large
piece can double the cost. Please contact us for a quote.
How does the design process work?
First,
please email us with the product or inspiration image you would like to modify.
From here we typically contact the bride through various messaging apps and
communicate our designs through photos and videos. These platforms include
Instagram, WhatsApp, Viber, and good old phone calls and text messages. We are
humans after all! We are always available for consultation, so please feel free
to call us if you are interested!
Where are your Pieces made?
Our pieces
are handmade in Australia. Manufactured in our studio in the Hobart CBD,
Tasmania.
My wedding is coming soon! what can i
do?
We also
accept short-term special orders. Select the items you would like to change on
our website and you will likely be able to do so within a few days. Please note
that delivery times may vary depending on your location. We use Express
Overnight in Australia and DHL elsewhere. If you contact us, we will be happy
to suggest a delivery date.
